China's e-cigarette export data from January to February 2025

On March 20, the General Administration of Customs of China announced the export data of e-cigarettes in January and February 2025.

Data show that in January and February this year, China's electronic cigarette exports were about $1.5 billion (specific data is $1500477646), compared with $1.656 billion in the same period in 2024, down 9.4%. Among them, the export value of e-cigarettes in January 2025 was $1.002 billion, down 1.47% year-on-year; In February, e-cigarette exports were $498 million, down 22.07% year-on-year.
In January and February 2025, the top ten destination countries for China's e-cigarette exports were the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, Canada, Russia and Japan.
Among them, the United States with about 595 million US dollars of exports, accounting for 39.64% of the total exports in January-February, ranking firmly in China's largest export destination of e-cigarettes; The United Kingdom remained in second place, though its $145 million in exports closed the gap with Germany's $115 million in third place. South Korea, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates ranked fourth, fifth, and sixth, as the representative e-cigarette market in East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, these three countries continue to play a leading role.
In addition, Indonesia, France, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Italy, the Philippines, Croatia, Paraguay, Belgium, South Africa also squeezed into the top 20, the same hot e-cigarette market.
